These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital wallpaper products from Vantage Club ("we," "us," "our"), available at this website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. What you're buying
Vantage Club sells original, AI-generated digital wallpaper images, delivered as a ZIP file containing desktop and mobile (iPhone) versions of each wallpaper in the bundle you purchase. These are digital goods delivered electronically — no physical item is shipped.
2. License
When you purchase a bundle, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the included wallpaper images as backgrounds on devices you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly display for commercial purposes, or claim authorship of the images. We retain all intellectual property rights in the artwork. Sharing your download link with people who haven't purchased it is not permitted.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in USD and are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices and available bundles may change at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
4. Delivery
Your download link is emailed to the address you provide at checkout, typically within seconds of a successful payment. The link stays active for 7 days and can be used up to 5 times. If your link expires before you've downloaded your files, contact us and we'll issue a new one at no charge.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Under EU and UK consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content without giving a reason. This right does not apply once we begin delivering your digital content, provided you gave express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of your withdrawal right at checkout — which is what the checkbox you ticked before completing your purchase confirms, in line with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the equivalent UK regulations.
Outside of that: because these are instantly-delivered digital goods, purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been sent, except where the files you received are missing, corrupted, or materially different from what was advertised — in that case, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use this site or its products for any unlawful purpose, attempt to circumvent payment, or abuse the download system (for example, sharing links to obtain free copies). We reserve the right to refuse service or revoke access for violations of these Terms.
7. No warranty
Products are provided "as is." We don't guarantee the wallpapers will be compatible with every device or display configuration, though we design them for standard desktop and iPhone screens.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage Club's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
